Tasks

-Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness -Develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning and scenario analysis -Provide strategic direction and training on technology tools and data analytics -Collaborate with business leaders across the organization -Maintain strong internal controls and reporting standards -Prepare consolidated financial reports, including monthly results and variance analysis -Monitor KPIs and deliver insights that inform management decisions -Work with business unit finance leads to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities -Mentor and grow FP&A professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement -Coordinate with Accounting and external auditors for timely, compliant reporting -Support standardized reporting and analysis to drive alignment with company goals -Enhance your team's capabilities in forecasting accuracy and decision support

What You Bring

-MBA or CPA certification -5+ years of progressive experience in Accounting, Finance, or FP&A -Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams -Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics -Proficiency in digital finance tools such as Power BI and Prophix
