Manage and maintain project schedules throughout construction lifecycle.

Tasks
-Conduct quality checks (e.g., open ends, float, Acumen Fuse). -Scheduling Software (Primavera, Oracle) -Mentor junior schedulers and support their development. -Monitor schedule health indicators and execution adherence. -Develop and validate project and owner reports (daily, weekly, monthly). -Lead schedule update meetings and represent construction plans. -Analyze resource requirements and recommend corrective actions. -Perform schedule updates, logic re-application, and resource distribution. -Balance earned hours between earned value systems and schedules.

What You Bring
-Understanding of intermediate CPM principles. -Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) -Familiarity with earned value reporting and histogram interpretation. -Minimum 3–5 years in scheduling or project controls. -Proficient in scheduling software (Primavera P6). -CMIS, Acumen Fuse, Qtrax -Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of industry experience, or 6 years of relevant industry experience. -Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
