Tasks

-Achieve monthly targets in terms of rentals and number of visits -Meet with clients and address their needs regarding renewals, modifications, transfers, etc. Ensure post-rental follow-up -Meet the monthly objectives set by the area coordinator -Complete all required job instructions on a tablet -Ensure rental requests are handled according to guidelines -Follow up on phone messages within 24 hours -Welcome clients, provide information, and show them the properties

On average, this represents about 40% of interactions, with French remaining the main language of service. -Ability to take responsibility for one's actions and decisions, including executing them -Ability to remain calm and handle any situation with patience, empathy, and understanding -Excellent communication skills -Knowledge of various amenities. -Excellent time management skills -*Ability to communicate clearly in English and French, both orally and in writing -Excellent learning and problem-solving skills -Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality -Knowledge of computer applications: Word and Excel -Availability for different shifts (evening and weekend) -Flexibility and attention to detail -Effective planning and organizational skills combined with the ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities -Familiarity with computer tablets is an asset -Ability to learn and adapt quickly to different computer systems and any new technology -Two (2) years of experience in customer service -Ability to learn and adapt to change quickly -Professional approach and awareness of the importance of customer service quality -Vehicle with a professional appearance (relatively new and in good condition) -Ability to work effectively independently (self-management) as well as collaboratively with other associates
