  • Coordinate work with other trades and teams to avoid conflicts and maintain flow.
  • Supervise all field personnel, including general laborers and licensed trades.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, job-specific procedures, and union agreements (if applicable).
  • Support the Superintendent in planning, scheduling, and coordinating field activities.
  • Ensure you and your family receive the services needed to support your mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
  • Lead daily crew operations and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to spec.
  • Assign work, assess crew capabilities, and provide on-the-job training and mentorship.
  • Conduct daily briefings, enforce discipline, and uphold morale and productivity on site.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Coordinators to ensure alignment on materials, permits, and scheduling.
  • Support quality control, environmental standards, and safety documentation.
  • Monitor site progress and make real-time adjustments to meet project goals.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all work complies with company and regulatory standards.

  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Physical ability to walk job sites, climb ladders, and work outdoors in varied conditions.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Previous experience in utility work (telecom, electrical, pipeline, or civil) strongly preferred.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.
