The Role
Overview
Implement and manage Viewpoint Spectrum and BuildOps ERP solutions for local partners.

Tasks
-Leads the on-site roll-out of Viewpoint Spectrum and BuildOps to our local partners and newly acquired businesses. -Works collaboratively with multiple key stakeholders and other functional and technical project team members to ensure successful and timely project delivery. -Identifies potential issues and risks; communicates them timely to supervisors with suggested paths for resolution. -Identifies process improvement opportunities and creates modified procedures, building effective methodology into future projects. -Conducts training for local partner and/or end-users at all levels of the organization. -Designs and builds industry specific key performance indicators, reports, and dashboards -Updates project plans and implementation tasks timely. -Maintains understanding of our business and partner objectives and how the system delivers them, -Assists with user set up, role creation and security settings. -Plans and executes migration of data from legacy system to Spectrum environment. -Provides prompt, and concise communication providing high quality service and leadership to align with local partner goals and requests. -Creates and maintains effective documentation of business requirements and processes, utilizing Spectrum and BuildOps best practices and visual process flowcharts -Facilitates integrated testing internally and with local partners’ teams. Develops UAT scenarios and coordinates testing with local partners in demo environment. -Customizes system processes to align with unique local partner processes while maintaining enterprise standards. -Develop and deploy Spectrum and BuildOps technology solution project plans and -Compiles and builds internal local partner department reports.

What You Bring
-High-level of local partner satisfaction with the system and implementation process. -Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience. -Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications. -Excellent written/verbal communication and facilitation skills for communicating at all levels. -4+ years in a position in the accounting or finance field with exposure to multiple ERP systems. -Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. -PMP, Six Sigma, or CSPO certification a plus -Superior people skills; highly enthusiastic, positive-minded, and very personable. Proven success in a team environment. -Strong consultative, local partner focus, and service skills are required. Ideal candidates will be results-oriented, forward-thinking, and can interface with several layers of -The ability to work independently and with minimal supervision at times. -Experience implementing ERP's (Viewpoint Spectrum, Viewpoint Vista or BuildOps a plus.) -4+ years in a software technical support environment working heavily with external local partners, ideally in a financial or accounting software or application or a combination of the two. -Demonstrated experience with software implementation projects including maintaining and understanding a project budget, timeline, scope, training, and resource availability. Experience with ERP / SaaS and CRM software as well as 3rd Party marketplace partners. -Up to 30% travel. -Ability to master and support championing proper processes, transfer product knowledge and demonstrate workarounds in the product to satisfy shortcomings in product -Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, problem solve, and process improve. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Accurate and timely communication to project stakeholders.
