Overview
Recover outstanding B2B receivables, manage collections, and support credit control.
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
- Conduct account reviews to identify and resolve non-payment issues - Monitor aged debt and prioritize collection efforts based on risk - Negotiate payment plans and settlements in line with company policy - Maintain accurate records and produce weekly reports on arrears and collection activity - Chase outstanding payments through various communication channels - Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders - Manage recovery of outstanding receivables from Industrial & Commercial customers - Support the legal and disconnection process for non-paying customers

What You Bring
- Professional, confident, and diplomatic when interacting with others - Proven experience working with B2B or corporate accounts - Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or credit control - Intermediate to strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office - Ability to succeed in a complex and dynamic environment - GCSE English and Mathematics Grade C or above (or equivalent) - Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities - Energy industry knowledge (desirable but not essential) - Strong verbal and written communication skills
