-Collaborate with the property management team to ensure a smooth leasing process. -Assist with the leasing process, including application submissions and lease signings. -Welcome and assist prospective residents in finding their ideal home. -Address resident concerns, resolve conflicts, and provide excellent customer service. -Maintain and update resident records accurately. -Conduct property tours and showcase our community’s incredible amenities.

-Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution Skills: Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring a positive living experience for all residents. -Sales Experience: Prior experience in leasing, sales, or any customer-facing role is a must! -Dynamic Personality: We need individuals who can build relationships and engage with residents and prospects in a friendly, professional manner. -Previous experience in sales, customer service, or property management is preferred. -Customer Service Expertise: You’ll be the first point of contact for potential residents — great communication and problem-solving skills are essential. -A positive attitude with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. -Ability to work weekends is mandatory -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
