Tasks

-Perform detailed analysis and specification development for potential customers -Recommend improved products or solutions to customers, showing how changes will lower lifecycle cost -Generate quality specifications and sales leads to grow revenue -Manage project pipeline using CRM (Salesforce is current program used by Oldcastle Infrastructure) -Read and interpret shop/engineering drawings and plans to recommend solutions -Continuously improve technical expertise and knowledge of Oldcastle Stormwater products, competitive products and civil infrastructure trends -Develop and maintain professional relationships with key accounts -Coordinate activities and collaborate closely with local Oldcastle Sales team(s) to understand customer requirements and provide sales support -Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining our products to customers and prospective customers -Confer with customers and engineers to assess product needs and to determine system requirements -Build strong relationships and maintain communication with key internal sales partners within Oldcastle Infrastructure -Assist in identifying and researching new products, as needed -Perform market research and stay current on industry trends -Actively target appropriate regulatory approvals and work with Regulatory Management team -Attend local Engineering Association functions and applicable trade shows

What You Bring

-Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience -This is a remote position located in the great Seattle, WA area. The person will have to travel up to 50% with in the territory. -Must have a valid Driver's license -5+ years of technical sales experience -Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM systems
