Tasks
-Handle all pre-sale and post-sale client interactions, ensuring a seamless, white-glove experience. -Collaborate with the design and project teams to align customization requests with feasibility. -Stay updated on project timelines, pricing, availability, and features to communicate with precision. -Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure all client queries are handled efficiently. -Represent Isprava at luxury events, private previews, and client meetings. -Conduct property tours and present Isprava villas, explaining every feature, customisation possibility, and brand value. -Engage with prospective Ultra HNI clients and provide exceptional, consultative service. -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and lifestyle aspirations.

What You Bring
-Ability to present complex project details with simplicity and clarity. -3–6 years of experience in luxury sales, real estate, hospitality, or customer-facing roles with premium brands. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished and sophisticated demeanour. -Fluent in English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage. -Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and emotionally intelligent. -Prior exposure to Ultra HNI clientele is mandatory. -Goa familiarity or previous local experience is a plus.
