The Role

Overview

Manage and optimize preventive maintenance schedules using CAFM across multiple facilities.

Tasks

-Generate monthly reports on PPM performance, compliance, and cost efficiency. -Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems for technical service operations. -Use data to predict maintenance needs and optimize resource allocation. -Schedule maintenance activities across multiple facilities and coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors. -Monitor completion of all jobs (reactive & planned) within agreed timelines. -Ensure adherence to FM best practices, health and safety standards, and Qatar regulatory requirements. -Ensure compliance with statutory and mandatory requirements and service level agreements (SLAs). -Support audits and provide accurate CAFM data for client reporting. -Develop and manage Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules for all building systems and assets. -Use CAFM systems to plan, track, and update maintenance activities. -Organize spare parts inventory to support emergency and planned maintenance needs.

What You Bring

-Overall 7+ years of experience in FM or maintenance planning roles. -Experience in asset lifecycle management and inventory control. -Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. -Proficiency in MS Office, CAFM software, and ideally Primavera. -Preferred: Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or equivalent. -Knowledge of FM and MEP maintenance principles. -Ability to interpret technical documents and manage multiple priorities -Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, JDE) for asset/equipment management. -BSc or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline. -Hands-on experience with CAFM systems, asset management, and PPM scheduling. -Minimum 3 years in the same position within Facilities Management.
