Tasks

-Other duties may include copying/printing/scanning, assembly of equipment submittal packages, assistance in preparing work scope and other tasks as assigned. -Perform Heating, Cooling Load Calculations and Title 24 Compliance calculations using Energy-Pro and eQuest programs -Assist with developing ability to conduct job site surveys and help to analyze solutions and installation sequencing.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering -Knowledge of OSHPD codes are a plus -Engineering experience with energy efficiency, developing or supporting performance-based projects or energy services -Familiar with different HVAC system types and their applications -Ability to manage multiple deadlines -1+ years’ experience in HVAC Design -Experienced with Mechanical Codes and Energy Efficiency Standards -HVAC systems selection, sizing, and design (ductwork and piping) -CEM, EIT highly preferred -Computer skills using MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Project and Adobe Acrobat. Knowledge of AutoCAD MEP or Revit is a plus. -Independent decision making is required -Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. -Ability to write technical proposals and reports
