Tasks

-Overseeing all on-site activities for retrofit renewables -Coordinate with internal reams for smooth operations and timely project delivery -Ensure all documentation, permits and certifications are in in place -Own your contract area and deliver excellent service to customers -Building strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers and regulatory bodies -Support cost control and attend financial meetings -Deliver smart, customer focused solutions that make a difference -Manage subcontractors, resource and site progress to meet deadlines -Lead and manage Liberty contracts to ensure quality, compliance and profitability -Manages deadlines and resources efficiently -Maintain high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance

What You Bring

-Knowledge of the PAS 2030 and MCS processes -Uses initiative and problem solving skills (desirable) -Can lead and manage teams effectively -Strong organisational skills key to ensuring evidence of quality installations is collected and managed -Deliver excellent customer service -Is confident with budgets, planning and performance reporting -Is organised, flexible and reliable -Understanding of construction contracts (JCT/NEC) -Knows Health & Safety regulations (desirable) -Bring experience in new build design & build projects (JCT preferred) -Is skilled in using databases and Microsoft Office -Holds a valid driving license -Works well independently and in a team -Experience of working on retrofit renewables projects -Ideally has worked in social housing and values its impact
