Manage AP/AR, cash handling, vendor setup, invoicing and financial reporting for multiple entities.

Tasks

-Corporate and property credit card expense reporting entry, reconciliation, and payment -Financial statement reporting and distribution for Mark-Taylor managed properties -Accounts Payable vendor setup and compliance monitoring -Daily cash management and bank reconciliation preparation -Maintain all aspects of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for Mark-Taylor for multiple corporate and/or property entities

What You Bring

-Year-end 1099 and 1096 processing for corporate entities -Experience in multi-entity accounting -Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Excel, Teams) -Oracle and Sage 300 Accounting software proficiency highly desirable -Degree in Business/Accounting preferred but not required -Minimum of 2 years Accounting experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, & General Ledger -Extremely organized and excellent communications skills both verbal and in writing
