Tasks

-Collaborate closely with Project Directors and manage input across 8-10 live projects. -Actively drive the design process from preconstruction through to construction and completion, identifying potential challenges and supporting practical solutions. -Manage internal design teams and external consultants, including Fire Engineers and Risk Assessors, Structural Engineers, Facade Designers and Principal Designer Advisors. -Lead and coordinate design activities across multiple remediation projects. -Ensure compliance with the latest Building Safety Act and façade regulations.

My client is a specialist façade contractor, with the capability to act as principal contractor on cladding remediation projects. 🏙️ *Proven experience in design management, within the façade industry is essential* 🏢 This role will require someone in the office for x4 days a week, with one day working from home.
