Tasks

-Leads implementation and delivery of PMO and project controls services across commissions. -Contributes to quantitative cost and time analysis. -Collaborates with PMO directors and project managers to identify actions and mitigate risks. -Directs clients, consultants, and project teams on all related matters. -Facilitates governance, performance meetings, and structured reporting. -Provides expert advice on cost, schedule, change, risk, and reporting processes. -Ensures compliance with Mace Control Centre, client requirements, and regulations. -Manages performance and integration of PMO, planning, and project controls functions. -Designs and implements PMO and project controls frameworks and strategies. -Builds strong client relationships and ensures expectations are met. -Mentors and manages PMO and project controls team members, supporting recruitment and development. -Develops and manages baselines and monitors delivery performance and change.
