-Maintain benefits realisation plans and monitor performance throughout the project lifecycle. -Collaborate with sponsors and delivery teams to define and prioritise measurable benefits. -Engage senior stakeholders to ensure ownership and accountability for benefit delivery. -Conduct post-implementation reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of benefits frameworks. -Develop benefits maps and profiles aligned with strategic objectives. -Produce insightful reports and dashboards for governance boards.
