Tasks

-Organize On-Call schedule for technicians. -Input leads into the computer system and relaying information to system specialist as needed. -Contact Customer prior to dispatch to ensure their presence and method of payment via phone or e-mail. -Create a weekly written report to the Service Manager summarizing interaction with field technicians. -Provide tally sheet report weekly to the Sales Manager. -Understand the skills, strengths, and weaknesses of the field technicians to dispatch field technicians in relation to the job opportunity and ability of the technician. -Provide all necessary information to field technicians. -Debrief each call before dispatching the technician. Update the tally sheet appropriately. -On a weekly basis review technicians’ strength with Management. -Dispatch only one call at a time -“Time Stamp” field technicians for dispatch, arrival and completed times in the computer system; verity time cards.

What You Bring

-Excellent interpersonal verbal communications skills with internal teams and customers. -Good computer skills. Knowledge of common office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel. Experience with one or more dispatch systems. -Good interpersonal skills. -Demonstrated ability to multi-task in an intense, dynamic environment.
