-Conducting tender analysis and feasibility studies -Managing post-contract duties including progress claims, down-down reports, site inspections and cost advice -Collaborating with the team to ensure project delivery on time and within budget -Preparing and managing cost plans and project estimates across construction stages

What You Bring

-Membership, or eligibility for membership, with AIQS, RICS, CQS or equivalent -Excellent communication skills -Full training in RLB processes, procedures and software -Australian industry experience -Degree or higher qualification in quantity surveying or a related discipline -Full Australian working rights (citizen or permanent resident)
