The Outside Sales Representative will cover the company's home territory - the Gulf Coast - centering on Mobile and Baldwin counties and spanning from Pensacola, FL to Gulfport, MS. -The generation of new business within the territory - securing new commercial roofing contracts through referrals, industry trade groups, professional networking, and cold calling -The generation of ongoing maintenance contracts from the company's existing customers

Our client has a nationwide span and has been in business for over 50 years. Our client prides itself in being a great long-term home for dedicated professionals; many of its employees have been with the company for one or two decades! Candidates must live within the territory to be considered - no relocation will be provided. -Bachelors degree -Greater than five years of outside sales experience in a construction vertical (commercial roofing experience is highly preferred) -Verifiable track record of success in attaining sales quotas -Stable employment history with strong professional references -Demonstrated ability to turn prospects into sales
