Overview

Oversee home construction projects, coordinate subcontractors, ensure quality and timely delivery.

Tasks

-Follow up to ensure completion, and that issues are resolved in a timely manner. -Perform onsite inspections for quality control prior to installation and communicate progress to Project Coordinators, Department Managers and Builder partners. -Act as a liaison between our customers and internal teams. -Manage multiple projects / subcontractors for timely and accurate installation of products. -Identify issues such as conflicting measurements, delays, emergencies, etc. and provide solutions, changes and / or corrections.

What You Bring

-Minimum of 2 years’ experience in home construction -Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills. -Excellent verbal and written communications skills -Excellent time management skills, and ability to prioritize among competing tasks. -Excellent technical skills with an understanding of construction methods, contracts, and blueprints -Ability to lead a team, coordinate, delegate and monitor multiple projects with little supervision.
