Tasks
In this role, you will assist the Commissioning Agent from design through final reporting. Tasks will include but not limited to development of pre-functional forms, construction site visits, site visit reporting, and assisting with functional testing. -Perform construction phase site visits. -Works with the commissioning (Cx) team to develop pre-functional checklist (PFC). -Works with the Cx team to completion and review data of the pre-functional checklist for accuracy. -Field reporting from site visits. -Works with the Cx team to perform functional testing with Commissioning Agent and contractors. -Works with the Cx team for tracking of open issues from field reporting. -Works with the Cx team to perform seasonal testing if required.

What You Bring
While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. -General knowledge of the commissioning processes and procedures for MEP. -Understanding of different types of HVAC equipment and functionality -Ability to review drawings and verify systems are installed per design requirements -Mechanically inclined with the ability to problem solve buy finding resources to obtain information required to complete task. -Travel requirements: This position follows a 10 days on / 4 days off rotation. Team members travel to the project site for 10 consecutive days, then have 4 days off at home. All travel expenses to and from the job site will be covered by Haskell. Candidates may live anywhere within the U.S. -Excellent organizational, communications and analytical skills. -Associate degree plus 0-3 years of experience in commissioning preferred, or a combination of education and experience. -Ability to self-manage time and travel
