Tasks

-Lead project buyout with subcontractors and trade partners -Draft client proposals -Work with Preconstruction on project estimate and schedule -Act as liaison for project engineers, mentor, and coach others -Coordinate scopes of work -Supervise budget and make recommendations for subcontractors and trade partners -Direct responsibilities and guide Field Engineer(s) and Project Engineer(s) -Provide job assignments and lead career development -Facilitate and lead meetings between subcontractors related to project coordination -Review and compile pay applications, change requests, and another project financial documentation

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience -Our postings are typically open a minimum of 5 days and an average of 44 days. -Demonstrated positive and professional attitude, and strong customer service skills -Demonstrated ability to assist with all responsibilities for complex projects -Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status, 0-1, TN, CPT, OPT, etc.). We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. -Possess a basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices -Ability to travel 100% -Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position. -Current driver’s license -Minimum six years of related previous experience -Detail orientation sufficient to organize and lead multiple project tasks
