Tasks

-Build positive relationships with internal and external customers as required. -Develop your professional network to support you in your role and to support your development. -Work across different business areas and teams to get a clear understanding of the business, its activities and how the operations teams work to achieve its objectives against business strategy and adds value to the wider organisation. -Support service delivery, taking responsibility for those activities and targets delegated to you, ensuring that they are delivered appropriately and on-time. -Collaborate to identify and implement process improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. -Help accelerate the adoption of AI, analytics, and digital maintenance across our portfolio ensuring compliance with NG Bailey policies and AI framework -Support FS in delivering data-led, performance-driven services that align with our 2030 vision. -Rotate across different functions, spending a period in each to understand their activities and the role which they play within the wider Services business. -Provide relevant information for progress reports and meetings, as necessary. -As required, lead individual workstreams or projects which are part of your host section’s workplan, being responsible for the effective delivery of the workstream or project to agreed timescales and outcomes -As required, lead team members within your area of control to the safe and successful completion of work, within agreed timescales, to meet specification and customer requirements -Energy – You will collaborate with customers to help improve building performance, achieve net zero target, and turn data into action on site. -Bridge the gap between technical innovation and business transformation. -Keep a log of your activities and learning within each business area, positively feeding into your development, to ensure that each new rotation can be effectively developed and tailored to meet your individual development needs.

2:2 Degree or above in relevant in Business Change Management, or Digital Transformation GCSE English & Maths Grade 4 or equivalent/above -Learn about Hard Facilities Management and the significance of Hard FM in our built environment. -Operations - You will experience the beating heart of the business, the driver of all that we do and achieve for our customers. -Data Insights - You will see how data driven insights can drive transformation and informed decision making within the business as well as pushing the technological advancement throughout the business.
