Tasks

Supervise and improve electrical design, assist a team, ensure compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement for high-quality product production. Involves basic technical support, project coordination, team collaboration, and a focus on achieving goals and industry standards. -Provide technical support for new project development. -Develop, coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible. -Conduct effective reviews of completed work to maintain quality standards. -Conduct analyses on competitor designs. -Evaluate market requirements and demand, aligning products with current market situations. -Ensure a safe, secure, and legal work environment as per the standard regulations. -Monitor project progress, ensuring that all electrical design and Bill of Materials (BOM) activities align with production plans and contribute to customer satisfaction. -Deliver the required results in timely manner with required quality and cost. -Actively pursue initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the group. -Engage with client teams, gather requirements, and conduct regular team meetings. -Supervise continuous development to achieve optimal designs and enhance customer satisfaction. -Responsible for monitoring and controlling budgets and expenses to achieve the optimum cost efficiency. -Establish standardized designs and materials. -Ensure availability of delegation of authority matrix to have sufficient delegations as per company policy. -Supervise technical training for the team, guiding them through development and implementation stages. -Verify electrical drawings for critical projects to ensure conformity with customer or project specifications. -Supervise the documentation system to meet approved standards, conducting internal audits for compliance. -Foster team interaction, elevate employee motivation, and recognize team contributions. -Promote the automated systems and using them fully, to spread its culture. -Must take full responsibility for his operation as per the job description and the required deliverables from this position, taking into consideration the general company guidelines. -Ensure availability of job descriptions for all job roles and deployment. -Ensure that electrical design activities are geared towards increasing customer satisfaction. -Ensure material specifications and related documents adhere to international or local standards. -Develop the organizational structure according to the current requirements taking into consideration future and development plans. -Evaluate market requirements and demand, aligning products with the current market situation through collaboration with the Marketing department. -Monitor the plan performance and initiate action to strengthen results and take the corrective action accordingly. -Provide periodic work progress reports.
