Tasks

This is a high-impact opportunity to lead the development of innovative SaaS tools that visualize energy market data and help customers optimize energy spend. You’ll work across the full software lifecycle—from architecture to implementation—while collaborating with product and business stakeholders. You’ll also mentor junior developers and help shape the technical direction of Rodan’s digital platforms. -Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement -Guide architectural decisions and recommend best practices for solution design and documentation -Lead the design, development, and maintenance of SaaS applications that deliver energy market insights and cost-saving tools -High-Impact Work: Build tools that directly help organizations reduce energy costs and carbon emissions -Estimate development effort and timelines for new features and client-driven projects -Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver high-impact features -Support MVP design and development for new digital services and enhancements to existing platforms -Provide hands-on technical leadership across the full SDLC, including sprint planning, code reviews, and deployment
