Tasks

-Maintain and service existing clients, ensuring key relationships are preserved. -Conduct comprehensive marketing campaigns. -Negotiate and transact the leasing of properties. -Actively pursue and secure new listing opportunities (stock control). -Contribute to the maintenance of the Knight Frank Database. -Prepare assets for leasing and deliver a high level of expertise to clients. -Systematically canvas for new business and clients, gaining a sound general knowledge of the relevant market.
