Tasks

-Conduct network testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve connectivity or performance issues. -Provide technical support for network-related service requests and incidents. -Support the maintenance and monitoring of network systems to ensure high availability and performance. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, including diagrams and configuration records. -Participate in the evaluation of new networking technologies and tools. -Collaborate with senior network engineers and IT staff to implement network improvements and upgrades. -Assist in the design, installation, and configuration of LAN/WAN infrastructure and network hardware. -Performs various Tier I and Tier II service desk duties.

What You Bring

-Basic understanding of network protocols, routing and switching, and LAN/WAN technologies. -Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. -IAT Level II Certification -At least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. -Experience working in federal or defense environments. -Must have active TS/SCI -Familiarity with network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls. -Industry standard technical and network certifications. -Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. -Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
