Deliver Human Factors assessments for nuclear/high‑hazard projects
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Apply modern human factors techniques and industry best practices. -Support the design and case/ safety report assessments. -Foster long-term, strategic client partnerships. -Derivation and management of requirements. -Undertake tasks within Human Factors such as operational claim identification, substantiation, design support, project integration management, human error identification, application of human factor methods, verification and validation. -You will be scoping and delivering on large, technical Human Factors assessments. -Resolve operational issues.

What You Bring
-Experienced in delivering Human Factors support to nuclear or other high hazard projects. -A degree qualification in related subject such as Human Factors, ergonomics, psychology, industrial design. -Proficient in technical report writing. -Understand and apply knowledge of UK regulations and standards and other regulatory regimes. -Working towards chartership with The Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors. -Willing to travel to and work on clients’ sites.
