Tasks

As the Buyer, you’ll play a key role in the successful procurement of materials and subcontract packages, ensuring best value, quality, and timely delivery to site. You’ll be part of a dynamic team working closely with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and external suppliers. -Identify opportunities for cost savings and supply chain improvements -Build and maintain strong supplier and subcontractor relationships -Source, negotiate, and manage procurement for facades and drylining packages -Work collaboratively with the commercial and site teams to support project delivery -Ensure materials are delivered on time and within budget -Manage purchase orders, tender returns, and cost comparisons

If you’re an experienced Buyer looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, we’d love to hear from you. -Proven experience as a Buyer within construction, ideally with facades, drylining, or building envelope experience -Excellent communication and organisation abilities -Proficient in procurement systems and Microsoft Office -Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
