Overview

Manage end-to-end procurement for energy projects, overseeing sourcing, PO, compliance and vendor performance.

Tasks

-Manage the end-to-end procurement process from RFP management through to requisition requests to purchase order and delivery. -Management of Purchase Order, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. -Conduct market research to identify pricing, lead times or potential vendors for key materials categories. -Ensure timely delivery of goods and services by monitoring vendor performance and resolving any issues that may arise. -Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and provide reports to management as needed. -Support vendor prequalification, maintain supplier databases, and track diversity and domestic content compliance. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. -Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely updates on procurement status. -Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and maintain compliance levels. -Inventory Management to maintain adequate inventory records, maintain compliance and allow for quicker responses to supply chain risks and disruptions. -Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement to inform decision-making. -Documentation and Compliance Reporting, maintaining comprehensive records of purchases and supplier interactions to drive transparency and accountability.

What You Bring

-3+ years of sourcing, supply chain, contracting or procurement experience. -Problem solving - strong analytical skills and logical/methodical thinker. -Domain expertise in solar PV/BESS or global clean energy supply chains. -Strong decision-making and process-oriented skills; including the ability to make timely decisions that reflect a good mixture of analysis, experience, judgment & prudence. -Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment and influence decisions through data analytics, process improvements and vendor management initiatives. -Excellent communication – facilitation, listening, negotiation, presentation, speaking & writing. -Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain/Logistics, Operations Management and/or Business Management) strongly preferred. -In-depth knowledge of sourcing, vendor and inventory management functions.
