Coordinates bidding quotations, pricing, and customer communication for electrical projects.

Tasks

-Exchanges customers’ needs information timely. -Fosters effective working relationships with Sales Associates, Inside Sales Associates, and support personnel. -Submits project bid proposals accurately and within deadlines. -Stays informed about inventory, including appropriate product substitutions. -Formulates unique pricing strategies in collaboration with sales and management representatives. -Develops and enhances product knowledge, attending relevant training classes. -Negotiates special pricing contracts and maintain accurate documentation. -Monitors ordering activities associated with bid projects to ensure pricing and terms accuracy. -Analyzes project blueprints to identify specifications for preparing a bill of materials. -Communicates proactively with customers throughout the quotation/bid process.

-Ability to accurately read blue prints and spec layouts. -Demonstrated time management and organization skills, including the ability to plan and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. -Strong attention to details and demonstrated follow-up skills. -Demonstrated customer and vendor relationship building and maintenance skills. -Strong mathematical and analytical skills. -Strong customer service orientation. -Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats. -Commitment to and demonstration of high ethical standards governing professional behavior and interactions. -Bachelor degree in business or related field or equivalent on the job experience as determined by Echo Electric. -3+ years of experience with electrical and lighting products and other related project material.
