-Contacting clients daily -Following the career roadmap supplied by mentors. -Researching the local market and staying up-to-date on industry trends -Marketing investment real estate internally, externally, and to clients who are active investors -Preparing thoughtful analyses of clients' properties, including opinions of value, using market comparables, and research -Collaborating with Senior Agents to achieve business and career goals with a clear “pathway to growth”, while operating with a “team player” mentality. -Partnering with clients, companies, and institutions to develop and execute their individualized real estate investment strategies
