Lead and coach a multi-disciplined team of engineers to optimise asset performance whilst managing asset risk and compliance.

Experience in an operating environment that requires the assessment and management of complex process safety and asset integrity risks.
Solid technical knowledge of operations, maintenance and project requirements in a major hazard facility.
Able to positively influence a diverse stakeholder group that includes senior management, operations, contractors and suppliers.
Degree qualified in engineering with a minimum of 8 years experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical, mining or similar heavy industry sector.
