The Role

Overview

Support leasing team with admin, tenant engagement, lease analysis, and reporting.

Tasks

-Assist with issuing purchase orders and processing of all invoices for legal/surveys/tenancy plans as instructed. -Prepare Letters of Offer per the Leasing Executive (LE) instructions. -Assist Property Lawyer in company searches, storage licenses and Tenant follow ups as required. -Assist in the preparation of business reporting requirements such as Board Reports, Quarterly Reports and other reports as required. -Attend regular meetings with Leasing / Asset team / Property Managers as required. -Assist with the management & coordination of all survey requests. -Prepare Lease Analysis templates and draft deal approval submissions as per LE instructions. -Attend to tenant queries, as required. -Assist with follow up signed Disclosure Statements, Bank guarantees’, insurances and fees as required. -Ongoing management of marketing collateral such as brochures, realestate.com.au and external (Leased and For Lease) signage in shopfronts.

What You Bring

-Strong Microsoft Office experience with the ability to quickly learn new systems with training. -Exposure to the real estate industry is highly regarded. -Relevant tertiary qualification or a minimum 2 years' experience in and administrative or team coordinator role.
