Tasks

-Apply engineering principles to create complex parts and assemblies (e.g., starters, pneumatic valves, actuators, motors, solenoids). -Support RMRA assessments. -Contribute to Cast-to-Hogout design activities. -Participate in supplier and customer meetings. -Ensure adherence to ASME standards and GD&T practices for aerospace components. -Provide an example of a project where you participated in supplier and customer meetings and managed RMRA assessments and Cast-to-Hogout design activities. -Design and develop 3D models and 2D drawings in Siemens NX and Teamcenter.

What You Bring

Note: This is a W2 only role — C2C, C2H will not be considered -Familiarity with castings, forgings, and environmental testing requirements (including EMI). -Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering. -How have you applied core engineering principles to design components such as starters, pneumatic valves, actuators, motors, and solenoids? -Describe your experience using Siemens NX and Teamcenter to develop 3D models and 2D drawings aligned with ASME standards and GD&T for aerospace applications. -Strong understanding of GD&T and ASME standards. -Incorporate knowledge of castings, forgings, and environmental testing requirements, including EMI. -Minimum 5 years of mechanical design experience. -Ability to work independently and manage complex tasks. -Creativity and sound judgment in planning and execution. -Experience with castings, hogout designs, and aerospace components. -Proficiency in Siemens NX and Teamcenter.
