-Help coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure work progresses according to plan. -Conduct quality checks and ensure all work meets plans, specifications, and safety standards. -Assist in managing site logistics, deliveries, and equipment use. -Monitor project schedules, track progress, and maintain accurate daily logs and reports. -Participate in punch list creation, inspections, and project closeout activities. -Assist the Superintendent in managing daily on-site construction activities for multifamily projects. -Support safety enforcement efforts and participate in regular jobsite inspections and safety meetings. -Communicate regularly with the project management team to report updates and address field challenges.
