-Champion our safety culture, quality standards, and customer-first values -Hire, train, and mentor a team of technicians, estimators, and sales reps -Drive revenue and profitability across residential restoration services -Partner with regional and corporate leadership to set strategy and implement best-in-class systems -Lead day-to-day operations of your branch across mitigation, reconstruction, packout and customer service

What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to own the success of a growing branch, build and lead a high-performing team, and deliver service that sets the bar for excellence. The General Manager will provide strategic leadership as well as drive operational excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction while ensuring consistency and scalability. Acting as a mentor and leader, the role will support their teams, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and collaboration. The position offers a base salary between $130,000 and $175,000 with a 50% on target bonus and full benefits. -5+ years in restoration, construction, field services, or related industries -Proven P&L leadership or entrepreneurial experience preferred -Strong knowledge of Xactimate, mitigation, and/or reconstruction project workflows
