The Role

Overview

Maintain and issue tools and supplies for the production supply crib.

Tasks

-Deliver tools, equipment, or products to stock room manually or using hand trucks. -Inventory management of tools and equipment. -Data entry for requisition of materials. -Coordinate customer needs through service skills and follow up. -Identify cost savings initiatives. -Cycle counting. -Receive, unpack, and store incoming tools and equipment. -Process tools and equipment for repair services with outside service provider. -Identify and label tools and equipment using inventory labels, identification tags, stamps, or electric marking tools. -Assist with supporting scheduled maintenance operations to reduce line downtime. -Transact repair orders through identification, vendor processing and re-entry back to stock

What You Bring

-Experience with the daily operation of supply cribs. -High School Graduate/Equivalent or Higher. -Experience working with maintenance and manufacturing personnel is a plus. -Experience with database or ERP inventory systems. -High level of customer service and detail-oriented. -Must be able to lift over 20 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation. -Must be able to stand for long periods of time. -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). -Must be able to work weekends. -Mechanical or Industrial background is a plus. -Professional phone demeanor.
