Tasks

-Help prepare environmental reports, permits, and documentation for regulatory agencies. -access or use the online application process and need an alternative method for applying -Support the development and implementation of environmental sustainability initiatives and best practices. -Assist in training and educating field personnel on environmental compliance and safety protocols. -Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving environmental performance on project sites. -Assist in conducting environmental site assessments and inspections to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. -Conduct research on environmental regulations and emerging industry standards relevant to paving and construction. -Collect and analyze environmental data related to air quality, water runoff, soil conditions, and waste management. -complete any part of the application process

What You Bring

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Willingness to work outdoors and visit construction sites as needed. -Basic knowledge of environmental regulations and construction industry practices is a plus. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field. -Practical, hands-on experience in environmental management within the construction industry. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
