Commercial Quantity Surveyor

Overview

Manage commercial/contracts of live industrial projects, driving cost control and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• client liaison

Tasks

-Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams -Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage project cash flow -Contribute to month-end reporting and performance analysis -Prepare and manage cost reports, CVRs, and financial forecasts -Support a site-based commercial team across MSIP & E&I contracts -Lead subcontract procurement, negotiation, and final account settlements -Ensure strict compliance with contractual obligations and commercial governance

What You Bring

-Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent (RICS membership is a plus) -Excellent numerical and communication abilities -Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel -Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills -Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial or construction sector
