Tasks

-Manage daily accounting tasks using QuickBooks Desktop. -Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly. -Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records. -Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures. -Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing or payment inquiries -Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner. -Prepare and send invoices; track and follow up on payments.

What You Bring

-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools. -Experience working in the Construction or IT industry. -Familiarity with payroll processing or sales tax filings. -3+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in an office setting. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. -Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. -Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop – expert-level required. -Solid understanding of A/R, A/P, and invoicing workflows.
