Manage national corporate real estate accounts, drive growth, retention and partnership value.

Tasks
-Proactively maintain relationships, ensuring key stakeholders across your portfolio are kept up to date with new and featured products and solutions. Leveraging your relationships to have these updates shared through to their networks via internal newsletters and intranets. -Oversee account performance, drive retention and brand loyalty. -Work overseas once per year for up to 20 days. -Manage and support relationships between Domain and CoStar Group Directors and Senior Executives including Andy Florence and CEO’s/GMs within your portfolio. -Improve outcomes by implementing value-based-selling methodology to understand brand needs and match with solutions from across Domain’s full portfolio of products. -Manage a portfolio of Domain’s high-value national corporate accounts by ensuring revenue and growth targets are met, relationships are growing and commercial opportunities are leveraged. Building proactive advocacy for Domain across their executive teams. -Collaborate with Director Corporate Partnerships to shape Corporate Partnership strategies. -Present Domain Insights, data and strategic updates to senior executives from national real estate brands. -Manage senior executive and CEO relationships across your brands. -Nurture and grow key national residential real estate brand relationships within an assigned portfolio -Identify, plan, pitch and execute enterprise deals and preferred partnerships within your portfolio.

What You Bring
-Senior/executive level sales skills. -Experience negotiating multi-channel marketing and platform technology agreements. -Ability to communicate ROI and business impact through compelling storytelling, and explain technical concepts. -Acute business acumen and adaptable to work in ambiguous situations. -Proven success in developing and executing account management strategies for large national clients. -Experience in PropTech, Real Estate or related industry. -Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited university or college. -Experience or certifications in Saas, Digital Media and/or Real Estate.
