Assist in managing rental property, cleaning, maintenance, leasing, and resident service.

Tasks

-Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents -Responding to on-call requests -Assisting with leasing suites -Preparing vacant apartment suites for new residents -Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairwells, amenities)

What You Bring

-Previous or similar property management experience (an asset) -Ability to perform general cleaning duties, and minor maintenance repairs -Strong customer service skills -Basic computer and keyboarding skills -Display a professional/presentable appearance -Knowledge and understanding of the safe handling of cleaning materials (WHMIS) -Good written and verbal communication skills -Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, items could include garbage bins, furniture, appliances or while performing snow removal duties, sometimes for extended periods of time
