-Perform light mechanical maintenance—troubleshooting hydraulic, chain, or roller systems, and performing minor welding repairs when needed. -Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10+ production employees, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. -Ensure operational safety through proactive leadership and consistent enforcement of safety protocols and procedures. -Monitor production goals, maintain accurate inventory and quality records, and address discrepancies swiftly to keep schedules on track.

What You Bring

-Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments and in all weather conditions. -3–5 years of leadership experience managing 10+ employees in an industrial or manufacturing environment. -Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and communication. -Hands-on experience with light mechanical maintenance (hydraulics, chains, rollers, welding). -Proven experience driving safety performance, coaching teams, and maintaining accurate production records.
