Tasks
-Supervise planned maintenance work conducted by contractors/OEMs ensuring all work conducted are as per submitted PTW, MOS and checklist approved, ensuring the quality of work conducted. -Ensure all subcontractors are inducted and permitted to work within the Critical Environment domain. Review contractor method statements, risk assessments, and MSDS to ensure compliance with site health & safety and operating procedures. -Assist the Operation Lead in the daily management of the DC Operations and Periodic Preventive Maintenance Management ensuring 100% uptime of the DC critical M&E systems. -Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with internal and external clients. -Work with all DC vendors/term contractors/equipment OEM on the scheduled maintenance to ensue that all planned maintenance are carried out. -Plan, coordinate Master Maintenance plan from Elect, Mech. Work with Site Lead to inform affected clients and to make changes if requested by clients. -Respond to customer service requests in a timely manner. -Comply to site required policies, guidelines and practices. -Respond to emergency calls 24x7x365 days.

What You Bring
-Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, life safety monitoring and control systems typically used in critical environments. -Proficient knowledge of HVAC and/or Electrical Systems. Shall be proficient in both Electrical and Mechanical. -Experience of the electrical and mechanical systems used in a data center environment, including: Feeders, Transformers, Generators, Fuel Systems, Switchgear, UPS systems, Battery banks, ATS/STS units, PDU/PMM units, Chillers, Air handling units, Chilled water plant, CRAC units, Fire Alarm systems, and Fire Suppression systems. -Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook and Visio required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred. -Proficiency in both written and spoken English. -3 to 5 or more years of experience in a data center or other Critical Environment required (preference is given to data center, hospital, pharmaceutical production or power plant experience). -ITE/Nitec/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent field of study required. -Adherence to all quality, health & safety, and environmental policies within the CE domain.
