Tasks

Direct collaboration with leadership and preconstruction teams Mentor junior estimators and refine internal estimating practices Build and maintain subcontractor and vendor relationships This is a long term opportunity with a respected builder known for delivering commercial, education, and civic projects across Colorado. You will lead estimating efforts on complex projects, collaborate with clients and design partners, and mentor junior team members. Develop clear budgets aligned with scope, schedule, and client goals Present estimates and value options at design and OAC meetings Lead conceptual through GMP and hard bid estimating Support pursuits and provide technical input on project strategies

What You Bring

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Proficient in Sage, PlanSwift, iSqFt, Excel, and Bluebeam 7+ years of estimating experience with a General Contractor Strong regional reputation and repeat client base Excellent communication and client facing presentation skills Strong understanding of commercial systems and cost structures
