Tasks

-Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, SQL, and Snowflake. -Champion a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing. -Ensure data integrity through rigorous quality checks and governance protocols. -Work cross-functionally to align data initiatives with strategic business goals. -Cleanse and model data from diverse sources to fuel high-impact analytics. -Track data lineage and enforce consistency across automated workflows. -Provide ongoing support for data-driven business solutions. -Integrate machine learning models into business systems for predictive analytics and automation. -Identify and implement automation opportunities using Python, Azure Data Factory, and low-code platforms. -Automate and optimize data flows within Salesforce CRM for marketing, sales, and customer success. -Partner with analysts and business units to define KPIs and dashboards. -Build custom apps and workflows using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. -Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.

What You Bring

-Strong skills in Python, SQL, data modeling, and automation. -3-5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or automation. -Experience with Snowflake, Power Platform, Salesforce CRM, and cloud-based data tools. -Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or 2-year degree with 5+ years of experience).
