Join a leading global provider of mission-critical electronic components and subsystems supporting aerospace, defense, and communications applications. As an RF Test Engineer, you’ll play a key role in developing, optimizing, and automating RF test solutions that bridge engineering and manufacturing teams. -Develop automated test solutions using NI LabVIEW -Design and develop RF test architectures, fixtures, and benches -Perform data analysis, documentation, and qualification testing (DVT/QA) -Support integration testing, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives -Collaborate with engineers and technicians to refine and standardize test processes

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge of RF test equipment (network analyzers, signal generators, spectrum analyzers) -BSEE or BSEET and 5+ years of hands-on experience in an RF test or manufacturing environment -Familiarity with LabVIEW, Lean Six Sigma, and military/aviation standards (MIL-STD-461, DO-160) preferred -Must be a U.S. Person (citizen or permanent resident) -Experience with RF measurements (gain, bandwidth, IL, RL, selectivity, etc.)
