Lead and supervise a team of General Maintenance Operatives and Drivers, providing direction, support, and performance management.
Manage work allocation through D365, including work orders, PO generation, risk assessments, and incident reporting.
Coordinate contractor activities and internal training, ensuring inductions, compliance, and competency assessments are completed.
Provide operational cover for the Senior Supervisor and Drivers when required, including use of Kronos for attendance and conducting Return-to-Work interviews.
Promote a proactive and flexible culture, maintaining audit-ready documentation and driving continuous improvement across operations
Oversee resources and administration, including inventory, waste transfer notes, and completion sheets, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure compliance and safety by maintaining accurate records for vehicles, equipment, and plant, reporting defects promptly.

IOSH Managing Safely certification (desirable) and experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Proven experience in Facilities & Estates maintenance, with a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance.
Holds current licences and certifications for relevant vehicles and mobile plant (LGV Class 2 desirable).
