Tasks

-Lead, motivate, and develop the Property Management and Senior Property Management teams to deliver outstanding service and operational standards. -Support the implementation of strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects. -Collaborate with Operations and Client Accounts teams to ensure accurate and timely financial and performance reporting. -Prepare and deliver regular portfolio and performance reports to internal stakeholders and clients. -Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth within the team. -Monitor portfolio performance data to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and client value creation. -Take ownership of client relationships, acting as the key point of contact for escalations, performance discussions, and strategic reviews. -Ensure consistency of service delivery across all regions and client accounts. -Oversee the performance of property portfolios, ensuring delivery against client SLAs, budgets, and compliance obligations.

What You Bring

-Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills. -Confident communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Strong commercial awareness and understanding of operational and financial drivers. -Proven leadership experience, with a minimum of 3 years, in property management or a related client service environment. -Strong track record of managing teams and delivering performance through others. -Experience in portfolio reporting, SLA management, and client satisfaction initiatives. -Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results.
